What You’ll Need
- 1 1/2 cups baked crispy Prairie Fresh® bone-in pork loin roast, diced
- 1/4 cup reserve drippings from loin roast, if available
- Two 16—ounce cans large lima beans
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Sauté diced onion in oil over low to medium heat until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients to the pan and let simmer until heated through.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Enjoy.
