What You’ll Need

2 Prairie Fresh® pork tenderloins
1 package bacon
2-3 bell peppers
1 package mushrooms
1 package cherry tomatoes
1 onion
Wood skewers

Directions

Heat grill to 350 F. Soak skewers in water. 

Trim fat and silverskin from pork tenderloins and cut into cubes. Slice onion and bell peppers into squares. Remove skewers from water. 

Skewer bacon, skewer cubed tenderloin, then skewer vegetables. Weave bacon around tenderloin and vegetables and repeat the process. Place kabobs on the grill, rotating occasionally. Remove from grill when internal temperature of pork is 145 F. Enjoy with ShedSpred BBQ sauce or your favorite local BBQ sauce.
