What You’ll Need

2 strips Prairie Fresh USA Prime® bacon (chopped)

4 slices whole-grain bread

2 avocados (smashed)

3 tablespoons pomegranate arils

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Freshly cracked black pepper

Microgreens (for garnish, optional)


Directions

  1. Toast your slices of whole-grain bread.
  2. Cook bacon on stove top to desired doneness, and then roughly chop.
  3. Top whole-grain toast with avocado, chopped bacon, pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds. Garnish with freshly cracked pepper and microgreens.
