Grilled Pepperoni & Bacon Pizza

What You’ll Need
- 1 cup Prairie Fresh® Italian pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup Prairie Fresh® bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- Hot honey, for drizzling
Directions
- Preheat the grill to 400 F (medium-high heat). Clean and oil the cooking grate, then close the lid.
- Spread pizza sauce on each pizza crust. Add a layer of mozzarella, then top with sausage, bacon, and pepperoni slices.
- Place the pizzas on the grill and close the lid.
- Rotate the pizzas every few minutes with a spatula and tongs to prevent burning. Cook until cheese is evenly melted. Remove from the grill.
- Drizzle with hot honey just before serving.
