What You’ll Need
1 8-pound fully-cooked Daily's® boneless ham
1 18-ounce jar apricot preserves
1 2-ounce package slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 2-ounce package slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
In a small bowl combine apricot preserves, slivered almonds, raisins, and lemon juice; mix well and set aside to use as glaze.
Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325ºF oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registers 140ºF. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
Remove from oven and place on serving platter.
Note
Purchase a Daily's® Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham with Natural Juices. This is a half boneless ham and will require you to cut your ingredients in half.
