What You’ll Need

  • 4 Prairie Fresh® bone-in ribeye pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1 cup gochujang, hot or mild
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, green onions, and sesame oil. 
  2. Place pork chops in a 1-gallon resealable bag and pour in marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.
  4. Remove pork chops from the marinade and place them on a foil-lined tray.
  5. Liberally brush leftover marinade on top of the chops. Discard remaining marinade.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
