Grilled Pepperoni & Bacon Pizza image

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup Prairie Fresh® Italian pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup Prairie Fresh® bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Hot honey, for drizzling

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400 F (medium-high heat). Clean and oil the cooking grate, then close the lid.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on each pizza crust. Add a layer of mozzarella, then top with sausage, bacon, and pepperoni slices.
  3. Place the pizzas on the grill and close the lid.
  4. Rotate the pizzas every few minutes with a spatula and tongs to prevent burning. Cook until cheese is evenly melted. Remove from the grill.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey just before serving.
