Air Fryer Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

What You’ll Need
- 2 Prairie Fresh pork tenderloins (1-pound each)
- 1 (6-ounce) can pineapple juice (about ¾ cup)
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions
- Trim the pork tenderloins by removing the silverskin with a sharp knife. Cut pork tenderloin into 2-inch medallions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Add pork medallions to the marinade and allow them to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 450 F.
- Place pork on a greased tray in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through. Pork is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145 F.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
