Pulled Pork Sandwiches image

What You’ll Need

 

  • Slow cooked Prairie Fresh® shredded pork
  • Sandwich buns
  • BBQ sauce

 

Directions

  1. Season pork butt with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Chop up vegetables; such as bell peppers, carrots and onions to add with the roast.
  3. Place pork butt and chopped vegetables into the slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
  4. Uncover slow cooker and let the roast rest for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Reheat leftover pulled pork and toast buns.
  6. Place pork on bun and add BBQ sauce.
  7. Enjoy.
