What You’ll Need

1 prepared pizza dough (16 oz.)

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon all-purpose BBQ seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sliced scallions


Directions

Preheat your oven to 425 F. Grease a 16-inch pizza pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and press the dough onto the pan. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rice for 1 hour in the pan. After 1 hour, remove the plastic wrap from the dough and, using your hands, press and stretch the dough to fill the entire pan evenly. Drizzle 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce onto the top of the pizza dough an place pieces of the pulled pork all over the op of the dough. Evenly sprinkle the all-purpose BBQ seasoning on top of the entire pizza, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar to cover the entire top of the dough, leaving 1/2-inch around the edges for the crust.

Place the pan in the middle rack of your oven and bake for 12 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and slide the pizza off the pan directly onto the oven rack and finish cooking for remaining 3 minutes or until the bottom crust is golden brown and the cheese is beautifully melted with a slight bit of browning. Transfer the pizza back to the pizza pan and allow the pizza to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice the pizza into 8 slices, garnish with sliced scallions and serve.
