That’s where he learned the traditions of southern cooking and the ability a good meal has to bring people together. Growing up in the food focused city of Chicago, Chef Chris spent his formative years taking in the sights, tastes, and smells of a variety of cultures; as well as learning from his grandmother and father. In the heartland, he worked his way up the ranks — working every job imaginable inside a restaurant. Honing his skills over the years has landed him the title of executive chef where he’s bringing his years of experience and the passion he learned at a young age to these recipes.
