What You’ll Need

2 slabs Prairie Fresh® pork spareribs

2 tablespoons sofrito

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon adobo

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

Juice of 1 lime

1 yellow onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Clean and pat dry Prairie Fresh® spareribs.
  3. Combine ingredients and coat ribs.
  4. Roast for 2 ½ hours.
  5. Take ribs out of oven and add sliced yellow onion overtop for additional flavor; roast for an additional 10 minutes.
